They are spammers and people who are trying to abuse the system, do you really think they care about getting noticed or not? They will try to abuse it as much as they can and they will try to not get caught but they know that they have a very slim chance of making decent money here yet they still do it.

I remember early days of primdice, there was literally bots to abuse the faucet system which was 10k at the time per try (bitcoin was very low compared to today) and a lot of people were using it, when you want to do something against the rules, you do not care about the rules, you do not care about getting caught, you are doing it to basically scam the casino, why would they care if they will be noticed or not, they are aware of the risks. This is not an advice by the way, this is to show how BAD people can be, I am on contrary to what you think, saying that it is a bad thing.
