I don't seem to remember when it has. Maybe back in 2017 when the last ATH happened. I don't remember to be honest.

There was a south park school bus one I was watching but got tired of it fast because it was to do with the blocks being filled hence the bus being full would just start on it's merry way. So kind of boring.

Some one should make one with a bull fighting it out with a bear. Or even better, a genetically modified honey badger all hulked out going at it with a demon bear.
Now that would be the most epic cryptoesque battle scene ever!
