There are 3 types of gambler, the first one is the common type which is the gamblers who want to make money from betting and that is why they are putting huge amount of money when they bet.
Putting huge amount, I think that is not common to gamblers, most gamblers are putting a small amount but want to have a big win, the reason why they lose most of the time due to the low chance of winning.
The second type of gambler are the gamblers who seek fun from betting. They do not care about winning and losing, they just want the excitement and the feeling when they do sports betting. The 3rd one is the combination of 1st and 2nd where a certain gambler who seeks fun and want to earn money.
I think these people also aim to win, but they can easily let go of the loses since in the first place, their mentality was different to those who seek profit, for them, enjoy then win, and if they will not win, they would still enjoy.
