They do not give 0.02BTC on registration but they give 0.02MBTC for every users with total fund of 3BTC. It means they are giving away 0.02mbtc a.k.a 2000 satoshi for 150,000 new users. I doubt that they will get that much users but I'm sure many people will try to create multiple accounts.
However, we cant easily judge them probably how they will lure gamblers to register their sites because of the promotions. But I still would not trust this site since they are pretty new. Nevertheless, I suggest people be careful about depositing on this site, you will never know they will run away your money and the promotion probably also manipulated. I agree if they will make their ANN thread here, anyone already suggested this there?
I believe most people who follow their twitter and registering on the sites are not real gamblers. Most of them are just trying to get the giveaway. It is just too good to be true for a new site to spend more than 6btc for free on pre launch celebration. It is OK to register to get the giveaway to know how the site works once it is launched officially. Still, depositing once it is alive is not recommended at all.
