As @Jawhead999 said this exchange is scam, you can check one by one some threads which he provides. You can make an accusation on the right board and put the proof all you have. At least this thing will make many users aware of the exchange and there will not anyone who can use it.

This a learning for you, so as you will never use unknown exchange in the future moreover it is just new exchange you will have 80% to be scammed. Use binance, OKEx, Bitmex or bybit these are have a good predicate on crypto currency industry so far.
