It seems even the support doesnt know about their new rakeback percentage as it takes various variance to calculate. I asked them once after their rooward system changed, the support asked me to send them email so they can forward it to the IT department or some sort. I tried to ask them again after I reached level 2 on my daily rooward and here it is
if you gamble casually on the site and increase your level in the process then it is fine but definitely not worth to solely wager with the purpose of leveling your rooward
