Bitcoin promised anonymity, we have now come to the conclusion that it is KYC needed almost everywhere. sounds paradoxical, doesn’t it?

i disagree with your conclusion that kyc is needed everywhere, where did u get this from? just because the government wants a piece of the cake (for whatever reason), now suddenly kyc is needed everywhere? i feel like there is a hole in your logic somewhere, you didnt give a good reason why kyc is needed from the general public's (we the people) perspective. it sounds to me like you are willing to give kyc, and that is the behaviour im trying to discourage.

My posts explain why KYC is needed.  If this site is asking for KYC, they are probably not legitimate - ask for proof they are a legal business.

...ensuring that a person using their gambling platform and is planning to withdraw their winnings is not from a country where gambling is banned as stated in their ToS

That is a valid reason, but if the website was legit, they would have asked for your country when you joined, not when they owe you coin.

The site you are on is probably a scam.  Care to tell us the name?
