I can only echo what yahoo62278DT1 has already said: the Campaign Managers will take action based on proof provided in the Known Alt thread.

Ban evasion should be reported to the mods, who, if they are doing their jobs, will take action.  If you feel the mods aren't doing their jobs, then perhaps that would be a thread for another day.  Either way let the CM's know as they've asked you.
