I have PayPal account that already reached 180 Days. This PayPal account is eligible for withdrawal.
Since i'm not from US, i'm not able to withdraw it. If anyone here are interested to know more details about this PayPal account.

About the Pending transaction, the account i'm sending it's not yet registered PayPal, so the money is pending for claim.

I'm not aware that there is a problem to withdraw funds from PP, if you are not US citizen. If your account there is verified along with your bank account, then you have no problem. Also, you say that you can't withdraw the money and you post here to sell it but on the other hand you send the money elsewhere... It seems that something shady is going on here with your sale.
