i dont think that you rep managers is proffesional graphic designer if he still using fake member on your threads that destroy your project reputation, its it is a deliberate offense, not an unintentional offense. we here on bitcointalk have many experiance to busted scam project that trying to attempt using fake picture for the team, no more explanation needed from our side because there is already proof that you are trying to fake your member and deleted after someone caught it
