this could be definitely be a glitch since we can't have more than 5,000 friends on our fb timelines, however, i believe that pages can have more than 5,000 fans.
This is not a facebook page, this is just someone's personal account and probably bought friends count to participate on bounties which might caused the error in number of friends.But don't worry not much good projects are conducting facebook and other shit campaigns anymore so these people will get useless tokens for sure.
