If the Govt. decides to pass a law on banning Crypto, this law can be questioned by Crypto business, traders, or followers based on various rights available to them under the Constitution-says one of the co-founders of CryptoKanoon, Mohammed Danish in a recent interview. If the government of India decides to ban the circulation of cryptocurrency and this decision will be in the form of a law, then first of all, such a law will need to be implemented. For failure to comply, sanctions should be established. Such a decision can be appealed in accordance with the established procedure. It is very difficult to appeal against this decision, since in all states it is the state that holds the monopoly on the issue and use of money as a means of payment. All other means of payment are largely under tight government control. This has always been connected with the fact that in whose hands the money is, that has real power in the country.
