What technologies are you working with? IT is very broad and anecdotally IT seems to be one of the sectors that's least affected by the pandemic. If you're in events or tourism,
then you're fucked, but IT seems to be fine for the most part.
IT is not only the least affected in a bad way but in reality Covid has really positive effects on it, especially on web development. During this pandemic, a lot of companies were trying to move on online services and a lot of companies made new websites, apps, softwares and so on. Demand on web development was very high and I see a lot of vacancies posted asking for IT developers. But idk what's happening around to this guy, I remember he created a thread
Business / private sector is dead and had the same dissatisfaction around IT (including blockchain development too).
Agriculture business is great too, especially Bio/Organic Products as you have less competition in this field. But it needs good time and investment.
