What is the issue ? You are saying that It is not working for you. But you can see QORTAL tray icon (Which means it is working). Can you give more details ?
Also better join discord for faster resolution & easier process
So seems it started synchronization because now core indicate block height 4074.
But how to start user interface? I can't start it from tray icon menu.
Download latest Qortal UI. Install & Open it.
