Regarding the site itself. This is the first time I hear about it. From their ANN I could find that they have offered users EOS tokens to test their Casino. They have help several promotions and are not running a Signature campaign that pays in Bitcoin. They seem quick at fixing bugs. They have had several different types of errors with registrations, dice gameplay, etc. but they are working on fixing those.

It is a brand new casino and for now, besides all the different bugs, I see no issues with it.
