I informed them that my government doesn't provide documents in Latina, they said I need to provide a certified translation.
Any suggestions on how to do that.

If TryNinja's suggestion doesn't work [they decide not to release your funds] and if you deposited a significant amount of BTCitcoins, then you might as well give it a shot...

- I'm not one of their users but had a similar experience with another exchange so this is what I did:
  • Looked for a translation organization [in my country] > give my document > they'll send it to somewhere else to check for its validity > they'll translate it after receiving it once again > notarization process.
    - Depending on where you are, you might end up with slightly different steps.
    - I'm not vouching for HitBtc in any way.
    - Mine took around 3 weeks to complete.
    - Don't use online translation organizations.
