I do agree that you may know a project is fake by checking their physical address on google but some actually have a legit office address and can still exit scam. They can have a whitepaper written by a professional with 0% plagiarism, but the credibility of the team members and devs are important. Knowing their past experience and history. Also what kind of advisor do they have. We can actually confirm identity but what if the project genuinely failed with real team but unable to complete development (this is where the credibility of the devs comes in) They need to be competent enough to actually implement their roadmap. Nothwithstanding, a project can be so good but still fail due to market condition etc. I guess what i'm saying is that this crypto space is a risk/gambling zone. There are no guarantees
