LFC, I agree with you on this ... in general that's his case ... if he wants to try getting back something it's only going to be through legal channels. Graham Calvert in the UK tried it and failed but there were precedents of other cases where the gamblers won ... I just the OP would realize he won't get lots of sympathy for this case and he really shouldn't, he should compose himself and do the right thing.
