By analyzing carefully your post construction, I assumed that you are only using dummy account because you want to stir up your case to neymar case. Anyway I really want to know the truth too since I'm a sportsbet user too and my funds safety is in-line with this issue.

I would say it is irrelevant, casino accused player and decide to seize funds allegedly because of multiaccounting, from that email I can see only "it's my word against yours"
