Now army of newbie accounts all registered through vpns from Russia crying that their 15 mBTC accounts are disabled.

I started that thread because I use Sportsbet.io through a VPN. Not breaking country restrictions but to protect privacy and I had seen some posts mainly the neymar topic and I want clarification that VPNs are allowed.
I have however decided to stop using sportsbet.io for a while until all these issues are resolved.
