I don't think the design is stolen, I am sure is protected by copyright, but is really inspired from Stake, from my point of view, just the name is changed 
"Plagiarism is an intellectual theft", it means that jackbet is stealing the other site's idea, work, design, etc. You may say it is inspired from Stake but it is completely the same as Jacksclub.io. In this case I can say that Jacksclub is inspired by Stake, then Jacksbet is plagiarize the works of Jacksclub. I suggest you to visit Jacksclub first and let me know what you think?
