The first time heard about China Block Wallet, even I have searched on Google but hadn't found enough information. As @mk4 already said, most probably it's a custodial wallet since they are limiting transaction amounts. It's better to use a hardware wallet if you are dealing with a big amount. Otherwise, you may use any non-custodial wallet like Electrum¹, so there will be no limitations. Don't forget to verify the signature for the electrum to ensure you are using original software. Try to avoid web/online wallets those are custodial.
