What is the procedure to follow when posting on altcoins when a coin is listed on a exchange
"This exchange added coin" type posts for exchanges (again, if it's only once per thread)
My account got a perma ban due to posting a link on the message board . I made it the less spammy way possible but got banned for this still..
Please advise that i can follow the procedure correctly
