Nothing. If you've been banned permanently then you don't have to worry about this anymore - you're not allowed to post on this forum, including any other accounts you might have.
This thread might be allowed if this is your ban appeal (not quite clear if it is).
This is not a ban appeal - I would like to hear from a mod how to proceed if i'm allowed to post on the forum or not .
