I think it's wrong if you promote it like this at least you have to send a proposal that you have prepared to work together, or maybe make ANN's thread to promote more on your project.

How can people simply do this type strategy without knowing complete details about the project. Firstly, they need to find out what are the different channels where the company is operating and this is not the right way to make a deal with the company.
