VOT scam token / Kolomine exchange alert

Just heard a friend of a friend bought a scam token called VOT from 'offshore broker' Kolomine.com

He's been unable to withdraw the coin or get his funds back which I think involves sending to an ERC 20 addy: 0x3d7afa0322f6dd2e28c16271d74e5aa22f968b48. They are using fake pretty Asian girl accounts on dating sites incl. Tinder to promote the scam.

The exchange has typically meaningless blockchain bullshit babble for describing the token:

Valid Order Chain will realize the decentralization of the blockchain, which will ensure the transparency of the blockchain transaction account book, and fundamentally solve the problem of contract forgery and tampering through credibility. Furthermore, by DApp, the parties to a contract to perform reasonable contract signing procedures, using less resources to draft contracts, and by simplifying the process to reduce the processing costs required for the signing of cross-border contracts, a distributed database of contract procedure management services and high trust to resolve written contract restrictions is created. VOT is the only token in the Value Order Chain of a global business and trade mutual trust platform, which is an evaluation of the value of global traders.

The token is not listed on coinmarketcap, gecko etc. Etherscan suggests the address has been active for about 62 days.

Apologies if this was not the right thread to post this is, couldn't find a scam discussion
