In addition to masternodes, a lot of interesting things will be implemented in Bitcoin Ultimatum:
Post-quantum cryptography
Atomic swap
Private transactions
Smart contracts
High bandwidth (10,000 tp/s.)
The list looks good ... but I would not say that I see something unique. All of these features are found in other coins.
