Well, it's all about your attitude. I enjoy becoming older with every day, month, and year. And with every year I feel like right now is my best age, it's even better than the previous one!
I'm also really excited about becoming a mother or a grandmother in a few years. And I know I'm gonna enjoy that age, too.
Just do what you really want and care about your health. In that case, age won't matter that much.
