I can confirm that, if your account has $USD balance, you will get exactly $400, as I pay the Paypal fee. If your account is in other currency like EUR or CAD, Paypal will give you the option to either convert it or keep it as $USD. If you convert it to another currency, then you'll end up with slightly less $USD because of the conversion rates.Also for escrow would you be okay with hodlhodl.com escrow ? Regarding the escrow, I'm not using escrow/middlemen as I consider I'm around for a sufficient amount of time ( more than 7 years) so you shouldn't have a trust issue. If you do have a trust issue, then I recommend you use a service like Gemini, that has all the papers and meet all the regulations even in US, where the regulators are very harsh. This way you will know, with a high degree of certainty, that the transaction will go well
