Generally although Bitcoin dominance is an interesting statistic to look at, one should keep in mind that it does not reflect its real value. Also worth noting, that market cap does not mean an influx of money. It is just a measurement based on the circulating supply and current market price.
Well technically it does reflect on the value of bitcoin, dominance is the strength if bitcoin in crypto market and by that it controls the large part of the crypto market. Even if it drops to 40% bitcoin will still be dominant among the cryptocurrencies in the market, unless there will be higher than it which I highly doubt in crypto scene right now. Bitcoin is highly praise, immeasurable I suppose coz there are coins which is better and faster than it yet it stands on the top of the market. No one says that market cap will result to influx of money, it would still be economically depend on the people since it is decentralized.
