We know for sure that our American cards work with American Apple accounts, and Canadian cards work with Canadian Apple accounts.
We cannot guarantee that our cards will work with the Apple account of other countries, however we have some examples.

Regarding Apple Developer account, as we know our cards do not work with Apple Developer accounts.
