Since the new terms do not worsen the position of the participants, but make them better, the new terms take effect immediately.

Like someone said above, it's a dream comes true for me. I was planned to inform you that i can't reach the minimum quota for this week in a pm. I really liked the new terms, this will help participants avoid a lot of stress.
