Without signature aggregation there wouldn't be much savings unless there was cut-through going on, but there isn't much of that naturally because wallets don't normally spend unconfirmed outputs by third parties.

It some cases senders have failed to batch and could batch on replacement, but the solution there is ... batching in the first place.
