Provably they pay a guy to post a thread here and doesn't have any knowledge on how to run a casino especially on the marketing side since there's no interaction really happening here and provably this is one of the reason why people get bored to try since the activity here is not much good compare to the other casino who are established well here. They really need to focus here and in the community so that they will earn a long term success of this business the competition is so tight and no one will stay in boring ones.
But the fact of the matter is that the competition is very strong. And you need to constantly remind yourself, otherwise they will quickly forget about you. And other casinos will intercept the more active audience. BUT. If a promoter on a forum was paid to post, then I have bad news for my customers, they threw money away, because even the start page with broken links. This is a very bad promotion.
