Its also a good time to mention that the idea has been sent to me to have a self-moderating forum. For me, I'm not ok with that.. I'm fine with fair speech and fair criticisms, but ill steer away from false accusations and just rubbish postings.
I always have, and I won't change going forward.
Very good statement, the case that happened recently I think it just needs time to be resolved. Those who give negative arguments only want to tarnish the Sportsbet image. However, they actually lost, because they did not find a way to corroborate the allegations they make, or they support. So, they accused other people who have become loyal customers for Sportsbet and provide support, are considered as people who work to provide positive reviews. This is very common, especially when the conditions of gambling competition are growing. I applaud what you say and what you do, because customer support should have been working in this way, they have to accept any feedback and criticism to improve the service, not just working for accusation without any proof. And Sportsbet has proven that transparency in solving problems is part of a business journey. More false accusation coming and more problem resolved, Sportsbet will gain more support from all of members/customers.
