Tips from me :

1.Watch movies which you like on a language you need. ! Do not watch movie on that language if you didn`t see it on your native language, it will be too hard to receive information. 3rd time or 4th will be good. just take your note and pencil and type words which you don`t know.

2.Look for some other ways to get some stress situations. 3.Study 10 minutes for 10 days, not 100 minutes for one day. In general, peoples memory is short so it is better to not overfeed it.

4.Practice verbally. You can find a work with this language, and it will be good if there will be phone calls etc.
