There is need to develop a standardized curriculum for blockchain courses in universities and polythecnics. This courses will come with certifications. Through  ICOs or IEOs, foundations can be specifically set-up for the funding of scholarship students with specific   interest in blockchain technology. This and many more are some of the ways in which blockchain can be accepted by more countries.
