i need someone who knows market good that he can tell me when to buy and when to sell.
Professional traders are very busy to the point that they don't have time dealing with these kind of offer. How much more of a whale or big groups.
So any offer you will get, you might consider them as
"scam" or untrustworthy.
No way they will lurk here or if so, not interested at these.

No pun intended but what you need is a crystal ball that tells what will happen in the future @ 100% and, not a whale. Even a top trader won't know if there's a big pump.
