I think ICO started to increase day after day and people started to trust it,The future will goes to ICO, maybe because the low price or the new features which it provides.
For now, new investors are more interested in IEO, where the coin is already listed with several markets, while ICOs for now are less interested, due to a massive scam several years ago.
