I'm going to delegate my funds to a stake pool and i'm looking at the specs of the pool.
Where can i find the meaning of the specs?

I'm talking about, Rank, controlled stake, pledge etc..

For example: what does cost per epoch means? is this something for the pool operator or for the user that delegates his stake?

It'all new to me (us) so i'm still finding my way into Cardano staking.
