I think most people would pick ethereum, and i am one of them, they're are more ethereum users than tron which i favor and also the trading volume speaks, i don't even know many successful projects in tron.
I also haven't seen too many successful new projects running on TRON's platform, I recently saw the Oikos project. They are the first Defi project to run on the TRON platform and everything is very novel. Although there are many FUDs on this project they are still doing well and the price is going up every day
