Here is an advice for a newbie like you, this is not necessary. When you try to a create topic, find something unique with creative content and not something out of line, search Google if similar topic exist to avoid double thread on the forum else the mod will delete it.
You should try and Learn the basic forum rules and guide as suggested above, you may end up ban from this community
