You sound like a prudent man and your comment is logical.
Although, I am also a genuine person and my property is real. Please do not be put off by the ridiculously low price for a freehold property.  I have all ownership documents on my name and will be happy to show them for inspection to you, your lawyer/agent or anybody that you trust. I can also show you the property itself for the price of petrol as I live at the other side of Bulgaria.
I also stand behind my words that the area is very nice and safe, the house is 71 kilometers by good road from Burgas and the Black Sea and closer than this by road to the official entry to Turkey.
Price may sound ridiculously low and probably is but I bought it for such money about 10 years ago and now I would like to try to convert it to 0.3 BTC and see what happens.
