It's hard to say, too complex, what you can do is, first, install the original bios then the newest driver and see if it works, check your gpu with atiflash_287, command line with administrator rights, amdvbflash -i and then a list will appear which bios model and brand your card is and then you need to search for it on the net if you don't have. If you have the original bios then amdvbflash -p 0 yourbiosname.rom, always use the -p cause that command will only install compatible bios files to the one you already have, good luck.
