You have a point but based on the following two quotes, he/she did point to it in an indirect way [that's my interpretation, I might be wrong]:My only requirement is that a vast community should reach out my project and decide whether to invest.
I'm looking for a mass marketing all over the internet which includes various ICO calenders, blogs, etc.
