He told you to take legal actions 10 minutes after the failed launch ? He said he will refund the IPO if he fails and until there is no reason to think otherwise why the fck would you be rambling about taking him to court. He obviously has his hands full at the moment and does not have time to respond to every half ass lunatic at the moment.
I bet 90% of the investors don't give flying fck about the small technicality if he got it working on the second launch or the third one.
Yeah, technically you have the right to get your IPO back and I am sure you will get it too as it's always easier to just give in to those 5% of mental cases instead of going through all the trouble dealing with those people.
