-bad GUI, some sections don't show properly

At first I didn't believe you, because I haven't been on Eterbase for a long time. I just logged in to my account and saw that the withdrawal limit without KYC is 15,000 EUR. But as far as I remember, there was a requirement to make KYC before a certain period. Strange, it turns out that it was possible not to verify the account.
