This is what I think and do! People usually invest in a project with the expectation that the project has a huge potential to pump. However, after some period of time, they may realize that the project can't pump and even dump, they'll sell the tokens. That's what investors do and it's a common behavior in the business. We sell anything that doesn't have the potential to get back the money!
That's right, investors who dump when they get tokens they bought during the sale. But strangely, the one who often blamed when the Dump occurs is the Bounty hunter 
I personally still have a lot of shitcoin that I hold in my wallet, and I don't know where I can sell it.
