I received a reply from another member that a video and GIF are more or like similar and will be accepted as eligible. So I just want an official confirmation, that you accept videos as valid entry.
@Hhampuz, Its mentioned in OP that the art piece can be digital, hand drawn, gif, memes or anything that can be showcased in bitcointalk.org. So does that mean if I make a 30 sec video, it's not eligible for the Art contest?

A video would be fine but if it's more than 30s (unless you made a video to showcase the art you made) I'm not sure about it. You can submit whatever you perceive as art though and we will judge it accordingly
