i think that must be really unconscious to dump coins on that price, mining is being hard, block average 10 minutes, not just an explorer or ills payment, we have been invited for other exchanges and their offers are being discussed for the team and pending for final results of this IEO. About binance, i have never asked them for a listing but i think they maybe have a high fee. Let's see how is everything going on, surely the collected btc if any will be wisely and transparently used.
